A Christmas Calender: Day 1. Vote!
Today is 1st of December and this is a Christmas calender of Monkey Business. It´s only 23 day and then Santa Claus is coming! Exciting! Remember to be a good girl or boy

Here is my proposal fot the award winners.
Jane Porter award goes to Jouni Hynynen because his support and standing by in HUB Jyväskylä case.
Tupsu award goes to JereV because of his braveness to seek his own path.
King Kong award to Jukka Siltanen, bacause his work with The Hub Tampere.
Tornado award goes to Petri Heinonen bacause of the conversations that helped me to see my life in a new perspective.
Funky Monkey award goes to Liher “Lihis kahdella nakilla” Pillado. Lihis is always ready to monkey around and he keeps spreading the yellow virus where ever he goes.
Green Monkey goes for sure to Antti Hautamäki because of his great work in a field on sustainable thinking.
Banana Award goes to Petrus Piironen bacause of his work for the Team Academy network.
Cafe Award goes to Anu Manner from Zestmark Ltd. Anu has always time to have good conversation and she isn´t afraid to tell what she thinks.
Bananamarama Award goes to Tuulia Sotamaa bacause of her awesome dancing skills.
Big Wave Award goes to Juha Hyden, who has taken a huge leap with the graphics & layout of the Team Academy Magazine.

Cool & global thinking guys – here are my (out of the box) suggestions:
Jane Porter Award goes to Janne Roiha (I know you don’t like to vote yourself but this is still my vote) because he has supported everybody I know as long as I know, doesn’t matter matter how ass*s they have been on the road…
Tupsu Award goes to Ville Keränen pretty much with the same way of thinking. Ville has always been original and natural Ville, and hasn’t been bothered with what everybody else is thinking or what angle the world is rotating… and this way pushed himself to new undiscovered areas.
King Kong Award goes to Timo “Letim” Lehtonen, because his brave work with Tiimiakatemia and especially with the one and only OneManBand.
Tornado Award goes to Sanna Tossavainen because of the I don’t really now. I still don’t (fully) know what she’s been doing these last couple of years in Europe, but her name keeps popping up and around every now and then…
Funky Monkey Award goes to Hugo Miskala (I’m sorry this is the third one inside MB), but Hugo is kind of guy that when you see him you can’t do nothing else but laugh… and a lot…
Green Monkey Award goes to Al Gore. Yeah, he has won Nobel and stuff, but he’s still top of my list…
Banana Award goes to Mikko Korpela because of his constant will to create something new around the community… It doesn’t matter that it’s mostly off the business topic, but he keeps wheels rolling when others are detentioned at home by their girl-/boyfriend, fiancees or something more serious…
Cafe Award goes to Anu Manner, because she is all the things that Janne said, plus she creates opportunities for others during the chats…
Bananamarama Award goes to…trrrrrrr… I have to follow Janne again and say Tuulia and add Olli Kotro. That dance was something to remember. Like Kill Bill, the dance was like an epic-length revenge drama, with homages to earlier film genres, such as Hong Kong martial arts movies, Japanese Chanbara films, exploitation films and Italian spaghetti westerns; an extensive use of popular music and pop culture references; and aestheticization of violence. Plus those Spanish Can-Can moves…
Big Wave Award goes to everybody around the network who has bougth first Apple computer or phone last year. The act is like learning ten new skills, and I’m not kidding when I say that it was one of your best decisions to do regarding your daily effectiveness/looking and acting like pro in business.

These ones from my point of view go to the network. And one comment, I think the Golden Screw Up Award shouldn’t be given to anyone without proper application process. I think it’s not fair to give that awards “randomly”. Anyways, here are my ideas for others!
Jane Porter Award for braveness, supportive stand by, open mindness and stamina: Claude Zuber for extra-ordinary open mindness, harmony and stamina.
Tupsu Award for curious discovering and new foundings: Ralf Lippold, because he is the most curious man on Earth whom I know.
King Kong Award for the biggest monkey on earth! This was tricky. But Pascal Bastien, for telling me in the middle of the night in that old Renault when driving in Alsace country side that if customers don’t dare to buy from us then they probably wouldn’t dare to work with us either. That’s Monkey Business.
Tornado Award for creating chaos all over and causing a lot of innovations: Jose-Mari Lusarraga of Mondragon TA. From chaos and speed and global mindset innovations arise all around the world.
Funky Monkey Award for yellow attitude and spreading joy around: This one goes to our home monkeys: Henna and Johanna. Always happy and yellow – true to the spirit.
Green Monkey Award for sustainable acting: Liher Pillado and Rogerio Gonzalez for pushing the “Sustis” within the Team Academy network.
Banana Award for feeding community with good idea and actions: Our ladies building Team Academies in Europe: Sari Veripaa and Sanna Tossavainen.
Cafe Award for revolutional thinking and having great conversations: Nic Mepham, the one and only original creative agent. Conversations with you have helped me a lot this year.
Bananamarama Award for best party spirit ever! Manu Egana and Aitor Gisasola from Manahmana the first Team of Team Academy Euskadi. You have thought me to appreciate the Basque Culture more than anyone.
Big Wave Award for learning a new skill: TA-Magazine crew: Jerri, Petrus & Hyde & Mikko. How to run a shiny Magazine. Good job.

Jane Porter Award for braveness, supportive stand by, open mindness and stamina – goes to Heikki Toivanen who has continuosly supported the mOnkeys and the HUB JKL with his good and crazy proposals of projects and opening the doors to the engineering world for us.
Tupsu Award for curious discovering and new foundings – goes to Monkey inside Ville Keränen who continuously feeds us with new things and ideas.
King Kong Award for the biggest monkey on earth! I’m going to vote Mikael Hirvi – due to his monkey-like beard. But not only for that – Mimmu has been able to grow as a entrepreneur, as a coach and as a networker, one can only admire the career he created with the Team Academy – and on top of this success he seems to be turning into a Monkey one day or another, at least physically.
Tornado Award for creating chaos all over and causing a lot of innovations – Jose Mari Luzarraga from MTA – who could be more chaotic person than him? I don’t know anyone at least.
Funky Monkey Award for yellow attitude and spreading joy around – Lihis Pillado – Liher brings the joy where ever he goes just by caring about what happens around.
Green Monkey Award for sustainable acting – to the 3rd year team Krokodiili in Team Academy for Lilliputti & Kotakahvila projects – because those are examples of TA projects that take the earth into account and sell sustis products + donate persentage of the sales for “operation earth”.
Banana Award for feeding community with good idea and actions- Sanna Tossavainen – there’ no a single week without receiving an idea from Sanna, and it’s easy to produce action with Sanna
Cafe Award for revolutional thinking and having great conversations – for Anu Manner – I remember her talking from the days in TA, always clear points reached, and now we are starting a Zest Monkey -production with Anu propably, aiming for joint projects.
Bananamarama Award for best party spirit ever! Hehhee, I have to vote for Tuulia Sotamaa for Janne’s b-day dance show as well. Tuulia never did it that way in the dancing class but when the party spirit is up she shows all the moves she knows from SalsaStudio and much more.
Big Wave Award for learning a new skill – This goes for Janne Roiha for learning to be happy and have fun this year when he joined Monkey Business!
Golden Screw Up Award for the biggest mistake ever! – this I’d give for Monkey Business for the screwups in getting the deals done. Maybe work comes before the deal and that’s good – but in deed it helps if there’s some kind of agreement done for the price of the work and time to do the work, before throwing hands on shit
