When MC’ing or facilitating an event people sometimes come to ask Tatu where didhe learn to talk and do the acting. For that he has one answer only: “I learnt to talk when I was a kid and there’s no need to act as I am being myself.” Tatu surely

knows how to ignite an audience with his energy, passion and pragmatism. He’s

a true leader and a coach with a very strong sense of personal mastery.

When working with Henna you will be surprised. With her warmth and sincerity shewill come to you, take your hand and throw an open inquiry that may drop your jaw.

No matter how long we have known Henna she is still able to surprise us from day to day with her social and communication skills.There’s no situation where Henna would not feel at home, was it with Deans of various universities in an EFMD meeting or a vocational school in her hometown Iisalmi, she’ll be more than fine in both. Also building her character of a coach she’s the one us that wants to work with big corporations and surf.

Johanna Hytönen

When the others are still thinking what to do next, Johanna has already sent couple of emails and made couple of calls and found out some new information about the potential partners. Also Johanna carries us with her strong organizational and management skills. She also enjoys doing gardening at her homefarm and various handicrafts.

Nowdays Johanna is also a forrester as she bought a forrest of her own from her hometown Uurainen.

Former chef coming from Kokkola, Janne is a fatherly figure in Monkey Business. He is an experienced personal coach and boiled in many soups. Janne is known for his empathy and mentorship to many of us and our friends. Janne’s coaching skills are important both for our clients and to Monkey Business, too. He joined Monkey Business in early days of 2009 with a plan to make his life more fun and to take some risks.

Ville Keränen

Ville’s ideas come from a-far and reach out far. He is curious by nature and eager to get to know new people. Moreover, ten years experience in dialogue has given him advantage in many coaching situations and meetings. Ville is the slowest Monkey and utilizes the “Asian wondering” walking style quite a bit, both literally and in learning processes. His modern leadership style is both tender and dynamic, yet effective – awesome even. Ville’s vision is to build Monkey Business into an international phenomenon. Or at least a cabin into the wilderness.

Hugo Miskala

Hugo, also known as Mr. Positive is a good storyteller. Coming from a small countryside village Rautalampi and being the younger one from a family of twelve Hugo has got social skills and emotional wisdom hard to match. He is also an eager sportsman and personal trainer for the whole Monkey Business. Hugo’s attitude and enthusiasm will take us to places and many adventures.

After graduating as master of business and communications in University of Bond, Australia 2010 Hugo took the role as our official CEO. Hugo leads us to make decisions and reminds us not forget what we have decided.

Minna Janhonen

Minna comes from a really small village, called Lievestuore. It is nearby Jyväskylä and has only 3000 inhabitants and belongs to the municipality of Laukaa. Minna has always been quite anxious and wants to see changes happen. Routines are boring. Minna has the energy to wonder and question things – maybe it is the cause or consequence of growing up in a small town?  Minna is still looking for her own place in the world, currently from city called Turku. This monkey gets excited about creating new and she courages everyone to ask “why not?” instead of “why?”  Minna believes that when there is a will there is a way. Minna is also before everything an international monkey.

Talented and passionate to explore new networks by traveling, creating projects that are meaningful for the people involved in them. Curious about meeting original people, good at taking care of relationships and friend of his friends.
