What we mean by dialogue and coaching?

What we mean by dialogue and coaching is interactive dialogue session that guide the actions of a whole team. The base of all the actions done is a goal and results we want to reach together. As coaches we work as co-creators, Team Academy method banks and dialogue facilitators. All the desicions towards action are taken through dialogue because that’s the way to reach commitment and shared understanding. The task of a coach is to create confidence within a team, enable the dialogue and facilitate the process with different questions and tools. We differ from consultants in a way that we are not transferring our substance skills into the organization by only speaking. We create together and fire up the creativity in a team so everyone has an important role in action.

Main working tool is dialogue, that is:

*                LISTEN – RESPECT – WAIT – SPEAK OUT YOUR MIND

*                Thinking together with a goal to learn from each other and create something new

In the field of dialogue we are kind of Bohmist thinkers, we believe in open source ideas and open space technology, too. Our way of working combines all this. We trust the process.
